Mary Lee and her family located to Colorado in 1963. Once her children entered college, she focused on her art education, which includes:

 

-Mesa College – Grand Junction

-Scottsdale Art School

-The Student Art League of Denver

-Loveland Art Academy

 

She has received numerous awards for her work in Oils and Pastels.

In Mary Lee’s most recent studies she has sought master painters who create in the style and medium of her interest and philosophy. They Include:

-Joyce Pike, Master of Floral Still Life

-Quang Ho, Master of Active Brush Work & Color

-Doug Dawson, Master of Pastel

-Greg Krietz, Master of Chiaroscuro

-Ray Vanilla, Master of Impressionist of Taos

Kevin McPhearson, Master Impressionist of Taos

-Artist of the Month for November: “Fall Grasses” (Pastel)

 

-Corporate Award: “Girl with Tresses” (Oil)

-Corporate Award: “Hollyhocks” (Oil)
